David Cremin
David Cremin is the founder and Managing Partner of Frontier Venture Capital, where he leads fund operations, fundraising and portfolio management. Over 25 years, David has raised over $200 million in venture capital partnerships and helped lead investments in over 150 companies, including Dailypay, Syndio, Project Canary, SubjectWell, Prolacta Bioscience, Momentfeed (Uberall), Divx Networks (NASDAQ:DIVX), Big Frame (DreamWorks), MaxPreps (CBS) and Clear Access (Cisco). He previously served as Founder and CEO of Vis-à-Vis Entertainment, a music media company. He spent several years touring as a professional musician and recording artist for Atlantic Records, Elektra Records and EastWest Records. David has taught business feasibility as an adjunct professor at UC Santa Barbara and California Polytechnic San Luis Obispo. He holds a BS in Industrial Engineering from Stanford University.
Blair Simpson
Blair serves as Principal at Frontier Venture Capital, where he leads investments in B2B technology companies, with a focus on Energy/Climate solutions and AI/ML applications. Blair earned his MBA from the University of Colorado Leeds School of Business, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude in 2021. Blair has led investments in early-stage companies serving a variety of sectors, including Advanced Manufacturing, Cloud Services, Pharmaceutical Research, Data Management, FinTech, Cybersecurity, et al. Blair previously served as a Venture Associate with The Fund Rockies, leading due diligence for investments in pre-seed tech companies across in the Mountain West. Prior to venture capital, Blair spent the first chapter of his career as a entrepreneur in the music industry, touring nationally and earning a publishing contract with SESAC for placements in film and television for original compositions. He holds a BS in Classical Music Performance and Business Studies from Virginia Commonwealth University.
