TicketSauce Launches Ticket Exchange Features with No Registration Needed

Event Organizers to Take Full Advantage of Registration-Free Swaps, Upgrades and Downgrades on Event Tickets While Reducing Client Service Time

TicketSauce, a complete private label event management software company that focuses on growing revenue and data for media organizations, associations and event organizers, today announced it has launched the first of its kind ‘no-account’ registration ticketing features, enabling easy, support-free ticket exchanges and reducing client service time or questions.

As any event organizer recognizes, there is often a demand for ticket swapping and upgrading and other services that need to be met. To date, a ticketholder would have to create an account, or log in and contact the event organization to make this happen. However, recognizing the need for a quick and easy way that not only puts the control in the hands of the ticketholder but cuts down on support tasks for the event organizer, TicketSauce has created a ‘no-account’ registration feature that lets ticket holders swap, upgrade or downgrade tickets from general admission to VIP and vice versa, all without doing a formal ticket exchange.

TicketSauce has enabled organizers to select which tickets are available for upgrades or exchanges and lets them control time exchanges and upgrades that are allowable, along with restricting promo codes to be used for either the original transaction, the exchange or upgrade or both.

This is beginning now with the launch of Pokémon Go Battle League, which is rolling out slowly across the globe.

Seattle startup connects with famed love institute to rekindle relationships around ‘Eight Dates’

Mystery, the year-old startup that facilitates surprise dates for couples, and the Gottman Institute, the decades-old, research-based love and therapy organization, are forging a partnership to help couples reignite relationships.

They are teaming on an “Eight Dates” series inside Mystery’s app, essentially creating a way for couples to spark more meaningful conversations as they participate in mystery dates at Seattle area restaurants, bars and other locations.

The partnership plays off a book of the same name released last year by Drs. John Gottman and Julie Schwartz Gottman, which is centered around eight separate conversations that they believe are necessary to have in order to sustain a healthy relationship.

3D Files Meet 2D Views with Canvas X3 CADComposer

Canvas GFX Inc. is back at it and has made major improvements in the newest version of their Canvas software, Canvas X3 CADComposer. Having just launched on December 3, this software is a powerful graphics program with many technical image editing tools. As always, this program can handle vector and raster images; however, most notably, this new version now allows users to import 3D CAD files to give 2D illustrator power to a 3D image.  I had the opportunity to test out the program with different 3D files, and I found several interesting program features.

When you open the Canvas X3 CADComposer program, you are greeted by a standard welcome screen. If you want to open an already existing file, you are in luck, because CADComposer will accept 75 different file types. However, if you want to open a 3D file, this isn’t the place to do it; if you try, you’ll get an error message.
