Robert F. Perille - Venture Partner - California
Robert F. Perille is a Venture Partner of Frontier. He currently invests in private companies through his own investment vehicle, Calvello Investments, LLC. Bob was a partner at LA based Shamrock Capital Advisors for 11 years until he retired in 2015. At Shamrock, Bob was responsible for sourcing and managing equity investments in private companies in the media, entertainment, and communications sectors. Bob served on the boards of Wazee Digital, PGoA Media, and The Harlem Globetrotters, among others. Prior to joining Shamrock, Bob spent 23 years with Bank of America. He was a Managing Director in Leveraged Finance and then Managing Partner of Bank of America Capital Investors (BACI), a $700 million captive mezzanine and private equity fund. While at BACI, Bob led investments in many companies including Ocean Design, Woodcraft Industries, and Citadel Communications.
Bob earned an MBA in 1987 from the Olin Graduate School of Management of Babson College and a BA in 1980 from Lawrence University. Bob served on the Lawrence University Board of Trustees 2006-2011 and currently serves on the President’s Advisory Council. He also serves on the Board of the LA Regional Food Bank.
